How to Pray?

Learn to Do Salat Easily

The prayer in Islam is very simple to realize. By the end of this guide, you can already start praying insha Allah. On the other hand, before praying, make sure that the salat conditions are met. In order to get straight to the point, we assume that this is the case. To facilitate the prayer to new initiates, only the obligations of prayer are indicated. We strongly recommend that you add all the Sunnah of Prayer.

How to make 2 rakat (2 prayer units)

  1. Plan to pray
  2. Stand up and say "allahu akbar"
  3. Recite fatiha ( surah 1 )
  4. Tilt with your hands on your lap
  5. Straighten the incline
  6. Prostrate (hands, nose, forehead, knees and feet on the floor)
  7. Strauss from prostration to a sitting position
  8. Prostrate again
  9. Stand up (standing)

You have completed a rak'a (a prayer unit).

  1. Get up and do the same again
  2. After the 2nd prostration, sit and recite the tashahhud
  3. Turn your head to the right and say "assalamou alaykoum wa rahmatoullah"
  4. Turn your head to the left and say "assalamou alaykoum wa rahmatoullah"

Your prayer of 2 units is over.

Again, this is the minimum of the minimum. The Muslim must seek to excel in his prayer and to add all the requested recommendations. The first thing we will be asked about on the Day of Judgment is our prayer. Let us try to present to Allah the best possible prayer.

Depending on the time of day, mandatory prayers range from 2 to 4 units. There is also a prayer of a unit, called al witr. To know how to pray according to the number of rak'at, click on one of the links below:
