Supplication when we hear the call to prayer, after the adhan and before the iqamaDua when we hear the call to prayer, after the adhan and before the iqamaDua n°22The dua in Arabic: يَقُولُ مِثْلَ مَا يَقُولُ المُؤَذِّنُ إلَّا فِي «حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلاةِ» وَ «حَيَّ عَلَى الفَلاحِ» فَيَقُولُ : «لَا حَولَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إلَّا بِاللهِ». The invocation in english: One repeats just as the muadhdhin (one who calls to prayers) says, except when he says « come to prayer » or « come to success, » one should say « There is no might nor power except with Allah. » The dhikr in phonetics: Lâ hawla wa lâ qouwwata illâ billâhi.

Dua n°23The dua in Arabic: يَقُولُ : «وَ أَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إله إلَّا اللهُ وَ حْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ، وَ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ، رَضِيْتُ بِاللهِ رَبًّا، وَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولًا، وَ بِالإِسْلامِ دِيْنًا» [1] «يَقُولَ ذَلِكَ عَقِبَ تَشَهُّدِ المُؤَذِّنِ». [2] The invocation in english: Say: « And I too bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, and that Muḥammad is His slave and Messenger. I am pleased with Allah as a Lord, and Muḥammad as a Messenger and Islam as a religion. » [1] Say this after the declaration of faith called by the muadhdhin. [2] » The dhikr in phonetics: >Wa anâ ash-hadou an lâ ilâha illâ l-lâhou, wahdahou lâ sharîka lâhou, wa anna mouhammadan 'abdouhou wa rasoûlouhou. Radîtou billâhi rabban, wa bi-mouhammadin rasoûlan, wa bi-l-islâmi dînan.

The invocation in english: One should send prayers on the Prophet ﷺ after answering the call of the muadhdhin. The dhikr in phonetics: Allâhoumma salli 'alâ sayyidinâ mouhammadin wa 'alâ âlihi wa sahbihi wa sallim. Source : Muslim (#384, 1/288). Dua n°25The dua in Arabic: يَقُولُ : «اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ ، وَالصَّلاةِ القَائِمَةِ ، آتِ مُحَمَّداً الوَسِيْلَةَ وَالفَضِيْلَةَ ، وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَاماً مَحْمُوْداً الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ ، [إِنَّكَ لاَ تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادِ]». The invocation in english: « Say: « O Allah, Owner of this perfect call and Owner of this prayer to be performed, bestow upon Muḥammad al-Wasilah and al-Fadilah and send him upon a praised platform which You have promised him. (Verily, You never fail in Your promise.) » » The dhikr in phonetics: Allâhoumma rabba hâdhihi d-da'wati t-âmmati, wa s-salâti-l-qâ imati.Âti mouhammadan al wasîlata wa-l-fadîlata, wa b'ath-hou maqâman mahmûdan al-ladhî wa'adtahou. Reminder n°26The reminder in Arabic: يَدْعُو لِنَفْسِهِ بَيْنَ الأَذَانِ وَالإِقَامَةِ؛ فَإنَّ الدُّعَاءَ حِيْنَئذٍ لَا يُرَدُّ. The reminder in English: One should also supplicate for himself during the time between the adhan and the iqamah as supplication at such time is not rejected.
