The dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي، وَارْفَعْنِي

The invocation in english:

« O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me, enrich me, give me health, grant me sustenance and raise my rank. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhoumma ghfir lî, wa rhamnî, wa hdinî, wa jbournî, wa 'âfinî, wa rzuqnî, wa rfa'nî.
