The dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُبِكَ أَنْ أُشْرِكَ بِكَ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ، وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا لَا أَعْلَمُ

The invocation in english:

« O Allah, I take refuge in You lest I should commit shirk with You knowingly and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhoumma innî a'oûdhou bika an ushrika bika wa anâ a'lamou, wa astaghfirouka li-mâ lâ a'lam.
