The dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظْلَلْنَ، وَرَبَّ الأَرْاضِيْنَ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أقْلَلْنَ، وَرَبَّ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ وَمَا أَضْلَلْنَ، وَرَبَّ الرِّيَاحِ وَمَا ذَرَيْنَ، أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ وَخَيْرَ أَهْلِهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيْهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَـرِّهَا، وَشَرِّ أَهْلِهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيْهَا

The invocation in english:

« O Allah, Lord of the 7 heavens and all that they envelop, Lord of the 7 earths and all that they carry, Lord of the devils and all whom they misguide, Lord of the winds and all whom they whisk away. I ask You for the goodness of this village, the goodness of its inhabitants and for all the goodness found within it and I take refuge with You from the evil of this village, the evil of its inhabitants and from all the evil found within it. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhoumma rabba s-samâwâti s-sab'i wa mâ zzlalna, wa rabba-l-aradîna s-sab'i wa mâ aqlalna, wa rabba sh-shayâtîni wa mâ adlalna, wa rabba r-riyâhi wa mâ dharayna. As aloukakhayra hâdhihi-l-qaryati wa khayra ahlihâ wa khayra mâ fîhâ, wa a'oûdhou bika min sharrihâ wa sharri ahlihâ wa sharri mâ fîhâ.

Source : al-Hakim (2/100) and he authenticated it and ad-Dhahabi agreed with him, Ibn al-sounni (#524), al-Hafiz declared it hassan in Takrij al-Adhkar (5/154).
