The dua in Arabic:

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الدِّيَارِ، مِنَ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ، وَالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ، وَإِنَّا إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ بِكُمْ لَاحِقُونَ، [وَ يَرْ حَمُ اللهُ المُسْتَقْدِمِيْنَ مِنَّا وَ المُسْتَأخِرِيْنَ] أسْألُ اللهَ لَنَا وَلَكُمْ العَافِيَةَ

The invocation in english:

« Peace be upon you all, O inhabitants of the graves, amongst the believers and the Muslims. Verily we will, Allah willing, be united with you, we ask Allah for well-being for us and you. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

As-salâmou 'alaykoum ahla d-diyâri mina-l-mouminîna wa-l-Muslimîna. Wa innâ in shâ a l-lâhou bikoum lâhiqûna [wa yarhamou l-lâhou-l-moustaqdimîna minnâ wa-l-mousta khirîna.] As alou l-lâha lanâ wa lakoumou-l-'âfiyata.
