Supplication when we praise someone's merits

Dua when we say good things about someone

Here is an authentic reminder on when we praise someone's merits. It is not specified invocation in specific terms for this case.

Reminder n°231

The reminder in English:

« I deem so-and-so to be...and Allah is his reckoner...and I don't praise anyone, putting it (my praising) forward, in front of Allah's commendation, however I assume him so and so(if he knows that of him). »
